To enable this option open the Main Menu (ESC), click on Display, and check Automatic Quest Tracking. Quests that where not yet unlocked showed up even. Now where to go for quests was missing here and there but quests themselves where all there. Theres very small yellow dots on the minimap to show where to hand in quests. I suggest getting questie, it adds back the !/? markers on the minimap and shows where quest objectives are. As others have mentioned, you can get addons to put those types of things into the interface. Another option to consider is playing it as is.
